UniResMan – Sage CRM Link

This link provides a two way connection between UniResMan and Sage CRM in order to provide enhanced marketing functionality.

CRM – Customer Relationship Management – Software provides a superior method to conduct marketing campaigns against a targeted audience. For example, make a list of all guests who stayed in January to March and went to the Spa and send them a promotional e-mail.

UniResMan Guests are moved into Sage CRM as persons or companies.  A new Guest History table is added to Sage CRM and is populated with the UniResMan guest stay history, guest object history and guest miscellaneous charge history.  This new table provides detailed guest history inside Sage CRM.

Combining the detailed guest history of UniResMan with the easy to use marketing campaigns in Sage CRM provides an extremely powerful and compelling marketing tool.
